Everybody here is super friendly and helpful. There was a short wait at the check out but they opened up another register right away and got it moving. My dog gives it 5 paws up as well, he loves getting a treat at the checkout.

Rating 4 stars because the employees were nice. This place is perfect to just pick up some dog or cat food and leave. They have small pets and good assortment of things. This place is pretty small but lacked in fish care.
Helpful staff with a lot to choose from for most types of pets. They have fish, gerbils/hamsters, birds, and some cats for adoption, as well as dog training and full grooming services. Convenient location for Ocean Point neighborhood. Some times their stuff can be a little pricey, so it may be worth your time to shop around.
I saved a Pacific Golden Plover (kōlea) and I had to ask an associate at the store for help on what to feed it. He suggested wild bird feed or the meal worms. He was very patient in listening to me explain the situation and tried his best to help me out.
